A new visual identity was crafted that captured the essence of the brand. The energised “e” now stood for electronic, ease, empowerment and efficiency.

The communication strategy was designed to reposition the brand as a visible category leader, building strong connections with its audience, aggregating revenue and profitability.


The new brand guidelines ensured the brand was creatively brought to life across all its touchpoints. Pioneer Series, a digital engagement platform, enabled the brand reconnect with its audience.

Reputation was bolstered through a PR push and media elements syndicated over TV and radio further reinforced the brand’s reemergence at the forefront of its category.

eTranzact received a revitalised brand outlook, a redesigned visual identity andreconnected with its target audience.
