Kucheza is an esports and games company focused on the African market. Positioned as an African brand within the global competitive gaming space, Kucheza creates gaming and learning experiences for young people aged 6–18.
Operating at the intersection of gaming, education, and culture, Kucheza empowers young Africans through esports competitions, game-based learning, and digital skill development.
At the core of Kucheza’s identity is the idea that no two games — and no two players — ever experience a game the same way. Games have multiple endings, countless variables, and unique paths shaped by individual choices.
The identity was designed around the idea of multiple routes and outcomes. Every interaction with the brand reflects the diversity of gameplay experiences — from esports tournaments and educational programs to physical gaming spaces and digital platforms.

Inspired by the pixel — the smallest building block of digital worlds — the Kucheza identity is constructed from modular blocks, grids, and geometric forms.
The Kucheza logo is built as a modular system inspired by the idea of gaming as a set of building blocks. Its geometric forms are bold, flexible, and structured, allowing the identity to adapt seamlessly across different layouts, formats, and environments.



The identity was applied across merchandise, medals, posters, apparel, and three-dimensional expressions.








The identity extends into physical gaming labs, applying the same grid logic and visual language to immersive learning spaces.
